However, we are not legally bound by such information, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services. You agree to purchase products and services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order if necessary. If we cancel your order after processing your payment, we will issue a refund equal to the amount paid. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment method to ensure you receive the refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within the U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories). For destinations outside the U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories), shipping fees will apply.

When you purchase products from our Site, delivery will occur through one of the following methods:

  • Standard Ground Shipping
  • Expedited Ground Shipping
  • International Air Shipping

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details, tracking number, estimated delivery time, and delivery notification.

Delivery will occur as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the selected delivery method. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Once an item has been shipped from our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the product safely and on time. We take every precaution to ensure that products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. However, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs once the product has left our facility.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the products you purchase.

For international deliveries, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes and are not liable if you fail to pay them.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name. If the address you provide is incorrect, you will be liable for any costs if the order has already been shipped.

Warranty

EA ONE LLC provides information throughout the owner’s manual regarding the proper usage and care of your electric wheelchair. Failure to follow this information will void the warranty on the wheelchair and its parts.

The following warranty is granted only to the initial consumer who purchased the product and commences on the Date of Purchase.

  • 2 years for the wheelchair frame.
  • 1 year for the motors and joystick.
  • 6 months for the battery.

The warranty covers the following parts unless otherwise noted:

  • TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Two (2) years from the date of purchase, EA ONE will repair or replace any defective structural frame components (Main Frame) free of charge.
  • ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: For one (1) year from the date of purchase, EA ONE will repair or replace any defective electronic components (Charger Assembly, Controller, Joystick, Motor, Battery) free of charge.
  • SIX-MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY: For six (6) months from the date of purchase, EA ONE will repair or replace any defective electronic components (Battery) free of charge.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty excludes consumable items that wear out due to normal use (tires, tubes, belts, upholstery, etc.).
  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, improper handling, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, commercial use, or battery fluid spillage or leakage.
  • Loss, theft, or contamination of components.
  • Damage due to failure to adhere to product instructions.

Exclusions also include:

  • Use for purposes other than the intended mobility function of the purchaser.
  • Use by someone other than the original buyer.
  • Selling or transferring the product to someone other than the original buyer.
  • Loss or theft of components.
  • Contamination of the product.
  • Abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Battery fluid spillage or leakage.
  • Commercial use or any use beyond normal personal use.
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage of the product.
  • Exceeding the product’s specified weight capacity.
  • Failure to follow the product instructions.
  • Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized individuals.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only within 30 days of purchase. This policy applies to all returns with no exceptions.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in like-new condition with minimal wear and tear.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and paperwork.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • International orders
  • Damaged or excessively used wheelchairs beyond minimal wear and tear
  • Spare parts and accessories
  • Service fees (maintenance or repairs)
  • Shipping fees

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% to 50% may apply, depending on the product’s condition upon return. The fee will be determined based on our inspection. If the item is returned in poor condition, the maximum restocking fee will apply.

Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to eligibility and availability and may incur additional fees depending on the condition of the exchanged item. Exchanged products will be treated as returns, and our return policy will apply. Items must be in new or like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories. All exchanges are subject to inspection, and if the item is found to be in poor condition, a restocking fee of 10% to 50% may apply, based on the product’s condition upon inspection.

Cancellations

Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the product has not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a fee of 5% of the total order value.

Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Refunds:

  • Cancellations within the allowed timeframe will result in a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancellations after shipment will result in a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, minus any applicable fees.

How to Cancel: Contact our customer service team, including your order number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm whether the cancellation is eligible for a refund.

Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if an order is canceled after shipment.

Consumer Protection Law

Where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies. In case of conflict, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of Liability

EA ONE LLC, its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site, you indemnify and hold harmless EA ONE LLC and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our Site or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be removed, and the remaining provisions will remain valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time to comply with the law or reflect changes in how we operate the Site.
